Vitrum Blend is the ultimate expression of a blend from the coastal area of the Maipo Valley. It comes from the slopes and foothills of the Coastal Mountain Range, with granitic soils of a loamy-clay and sandy texture that contribute complexity. The coastal climate, with its morning fogs, allows for a slow ripening that results in a wine of great concentration and elegance.

The manual harvest of the different varieties extends from the first to the last week of April. The winemaking is precise, with berry selection, cold maceration for 7 days, and separate fermentations by variety. An aging of 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels, half new and half second-use, builds a wine with great structure and aging potential.

Deep dark red in color, it offers a nose rich in black fruit, tobacco, and spices, with an undertone of dried herbs and vanilla notes. On the palate, it is expressive and fruity, with notes of cherry and blackberry over a vibrant and balanced acidity. It is a concentrated wine with powerful yet soft tannins. It is recommended to decant and serve between 15 to 16°C, ideal for slow-cooked short ribs or a cheese board with intense cheeses like Roquefort.
