Terroir (Vineyard)
  • Soil: Piedmont soils of the Coastal Range, with granitic and clayey texture.
  • Climate: The vineyard is exposed to maritime influence due to its proximity to the Pacific Ocean and the Maipo River. It experiences morning fogs and breezes that cool the vines. The climate is temperate Mediterranean, with average maximum temperatures of 28 to 29°C and minimums between 12 and 15°C from December until the end of March.
Winemaking Process
  • Vintage: Manual, between March and April depending on the strain.
  • Fermentation:
  • Aging (Crianza): 10 to 12 months
