Born in Melipilla, Maipo Valley, this Carménère Origen is the product of a unique coastal terroir, with granitic and clay soils. The influence of the nearby Pacific Ocean and the Maipo River translates into mists and fresh breezes, conditions that allow for slow and complete ripening, essential for this variety to reveal its full potential.

Manual harvesting takes place between the last week of April and the first week of May. Its vinification includes a 7-day cold maceration to intensify the color and aromas. 80% of the wine is then aged for 10 to 12 months in French oak barrels, a process that gives it complexity, toasted notes, and an elegant structure.
