Ámbar Sauvignon Blanc

Ámbar Sauvignon Blanc

100% Sauvignon Blanc.

$4,395

This Sauvignon Blanc is the pure expression of its origin in the Maipo Valley, from vineyards planted in alluvial soils with a sandy loam texture. The maritime influence of the Pacific Ocean is a key feature of its terroir, manifesting in morning fogs and breezes that cool the afternoons, ideal conditions for developing an intense aromatic profile and vibrant acidity.

Harvested manually during the second week of March, its winemaking process is designed to preserve freshness. An 8-day cold maceration and low-temperature fermentation (11-13°C) are key, along with a 60-day aging on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks, which contributes texture and complexity on the palate.

With a clear and bright yellow color, this wine displays floral, citrus, and pear aromas, with a distinctive herbaceous tone that gives it a spicy touch. The palate is defined by refreshing acidity, a pleasant texture, and a long and persistent finish. It is suggested to serve it chilled, between 10 and 12°C, making it a perfect accompaniment for corvina ceviche or parmesan razor clams.
