With the purpose of producing high quality red wines, the winery was built in such a way that it takes advantage of the gravitational process ALLOWED BY its location on the hill slope. The challenge was to reconcile an oenological concept with an architectural design, which was widely achieved. Inside the cellar, the wine cycle develops in total freedom; outside, a laminated wood coating with exposed concrete is the clothing that encloses Chocalán´s best kept secret: a parade of magical aromas.
