Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah.

$6.590

This Cabernet Sauvignon from the Reserva line is a classic of the Maipo Valley, born in foothill vineyards with soils of granitic and clay loam origin. The coastal terroir, influenced by the Pacific breeze and the proximity to the Maipo River, moderates temperatures and allows for balanced and complete ripening of the grapes.

After a manual harvest in the second week of April, vinification begins with a 3-day cold maceration to enhance the aromas. Sixty percent of the blend is then aged in used French and American oak barrels for 6 months, a technique that softens the tannins and adds a layer of spice and toast.

With an attractive deep cherry red color, the nose shows fresh aromas of cherries and currants, accompanied by notes of toast and spices. The palate is intense and juicy, with red fruit flavors, a medium body and a smooth structure that gives it a long and pleasant finish. It is recommended to be served at 17°C, being ideal to accompany a classic lomo a lo pobre.
